1. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, profile image, saved addresses and authentication information. When you book a service, we also process booking details, selected services, service address, quotations, payment status, reviews and support conversations.
2. Location and device information
Location information may be used when you choose location-based features such as saving an address, finding nearby service availability or viewing technician tracking. We may also process device identifiers, notification tokens, app diagnostics and security logs needed to operate the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process bookings, assign professionals, provide status updates, enable quotation approval, facilitate payments, send service notifications, prevent misuse, resolve support requests and improve platform reliability.
4. Payments and third-party services
Online payments may be processed by Razorpay or another configured payment provider. Maps, sign-in, translation, notifications or analytics may rely on providers such as Google and Firebase. These providers process information under their own policies and the permissions you grant.
5. Data sharing
We share only the information reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service, for example relevant booking and service-location details with the assigned professional. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud and security incidents. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for service delivery, legal, tax, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention and operational purposes. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your Vibka Servant account and associated personal data from the Account & Data Deletion page. Some transaction or legal records may need to be retained for applicable compliance periods.
8. Children
Vibka Servant is intended for users who can legally enter into service transactions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
